The Guardian S Duffy A
smart, intelligent thriller with something for everyone. This new religious conspiracy genre created by Dan Brown has had
many knock-offs. None, however, have the depth and scope of Weber's novel. He peels away the glossy finish you find in most
spy thrillers, prying deeply into his two major female character's motivations, flaws, and past. The visceral action of Ludlum
combined with the realism of John Le'Carre'.

An amazing
story, including the Knights Templar, the Italian Secret Service, the Vatican, the Holy Grail,
the Holy Bloodline, cryptography, Mossad agents, the FBI's DNA database, all weaved together in a fast-paced, believable storyline.
Weber's research into religious history and artifacts provides the detail that makes the story believable. His characters,
and there are a lot of them, are well-developed, especially the two female protagonists. Solomon's Key is the best to date
of the religious conspiracy genre.

The CODIS Project is an extremely informative book that
cannot be read casually as it requires some concentration to keep up with the facts, information as well as plethora of characters.
The authors have created enough intrigue to keep you turning the pages. The central "hook", of course, is the fact that CODIS,
the FBI's DNA database, has found a historical link to the DNA of a notorious Islamic terrorist. Elements of Rome, the Vatican,
the scared feminine, cryptography and Masonic symbolism, are liberally interspersed with modern day action of Nick Rossi and
Josie Schulman. Overall a great read if you love the Dan Brown genre.

Dan Brown's religious conspiracy genre series has resulted
in many knock-offs but none of them offer the insight and depth of Weber's novel, Solomon's Key. While unbelievable, the reader
will find Weber's novel even meatier than Brown's as they experience the novel way in which he blends the Vatican, movie star
cult icons, spies, and even a steamy love triangle into a complex recipe for a spy thriller. Additionally, the reader will
enjoy the way that Weber provides a history lesson that introduces them to the secret rituals used by secret societies to
bridge the gap between this world and the next. Weber uses mentor character, Professor Giovanni, to explain the secret of
the divine feminine by saying "They believed that sex was the key or bridge to God or the cosmos and that the Old Testament's
Song of Solomon is a path-working guide to the hidden corridor." Giovanni is then portrayed to explain how Mary Magdalene
was the opener of the way ... the sexual initiatrix. The book's originality lies in its unflinching examination of religious
history in which the true motivating factors of men rest in their willingness to build empires on the ruins of the sacred
feminine goddess.
With this as his premise, R. Douglas Weber dives fearlessly into previously uncharted feminine mysteries
as he probes the sacred potential of sexuality, of secrets kept hidden from the unworthy and of truths hidden in plain sight.
By using CODIS ... the FBI's Combined DNA Index System a link is found between the past and present. Between a royal bloodline
and the world's foremost terrorist. This link is used to bring in the Knights Templar who has vowed revenge over the downfall
of their kind at the hands of the papacy. In a subplot, reunited lovers, Italian Secret Service agent Nick Rossi and beautiful
Mossad agent, Josie Schulman, battle an al-Qaeda orchestrated wave of terrorist attacks directed against the Vatican and the
newly elected Pope. However, the investigation means plunging into Rossi's own past and into the arms of Basha, the alluring
stranger, who may be his downfall. The ancient scroll they seek unlocks the Holy See's brutally suppressed truth concerning
the divine feminine and her role as Gatekeeper and is located beneath the Dome of the Rock, in Solomon's Temple.
The
ultimate deception occurs as world leaders converge on Rome for the Pope's funeral, while Rossi and Josie race against time
following a trail of cryptic symbols hidden within Albert Durer's German Renaissance engravings. The keys to the mystery itself
points to a secret Masonic nexus of power and will reveal the secrets of the Widow's Son.
While the action-filled
intriguing plot of Solomon's Key will hold men's attention, women are sure to find the main truth, of the Divine Mother, empowering.
I found Solomon's Key to be far more advanced in the religious and secret society genre than The DaVinci Code and
I would recommend it for readers who desire a real insight into religious history, as well as, an opportunity for a marvelous
read.

While being popular fiction this novel is not just some shiny
play toy like DVC. It goes much deeper into the hidden history of secret societies, so be prepared to take a deep plunge.
Solomon'sKey
is set in a universe where fact mingles imperceptibly with fiction, where secret societies chart the true course of human
evolution, and the occult exerts its subversive influence on reality in ways barely glimpsed by the average individual. It
is extremely informative and holds your attention. It encourages you to pay closer attention as to what is going on around
you. My favorite part of this book were the manipulations taking place in the current era that are directly connected to ancient
mysteries. It may be mostly speculation, but it's quite convincing.
The ultimate value of reading this book is discovering
your own reaction to the ideas in question. In other words, it's a way of understanding the depth that you might be buried
within any religious deception or controlling agencies. With that being said, I must say I enjoyed this book very much, because
it's entertaining as well as informative. I have long felt that religion is a hindrance that does not allow man to question.
Do I believe in a worldwide conspiracy, yes because all conspiracies have a level of truth to them, no matter how farfetched
they are, there is a foundation for these ideas.
Weber is certainly
"out there" in terms of his overall theory of the sad state of some of the world's most powerful religions and terrorist organizations.
He takes the position that the terrible things that have happened throughout history and are happening today are the result
of behind the scenes manipulation by sinister leaders. Weber pounds
away at orthodox versions of history and religion and does so in an extraordinarily convincing and entertaining manner.
There
is much that is good about this book, much that is truth, and much dialogue which springs from an esoteric level. The research
is often scholarly and at other times it's nonexistent. Don't take everything in it as gospel, but let him lead you through
a magical mystery tour of facts and connections that often have basis in truth. You won't think about the things you see or
the news which you read the same way again.
This book handles different sciences to one overall science: the many
hidden agendas connected to some of our latest archaeological discoveries and new understandings of ancient mysteries. Solomon'sKey integrates
history, biology, archaeology, politics, military tactics, psychology, occult sciences, and last but not least the art of
manipulating the masses by hiding the truth. This book not only deals with the conspiracies in the world, it also opens the
closed vaults of secret societies and their applications in world politics and mass control.
